Opt-Out Rights
You may prevent the Application from continuing to collect information from your device by removing Ultimate Goal Heroes from your mobile device. Uninstalling the Application prevents future collection through the Application, but does not by itself erase information that was previously sent to the Service Provider or third-party providers.

Ultimate Goal Heroes is not directed toward children under 13 years of age, or any higher minimum age established by applicable law. The Service Provider does not intentionally request information from children or specifically promote the Application to them.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 in circumstances prohibited by applicable law.
